The members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, friends and family members are all invited for a special, half-hour prayer service at noon commemorating the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 3 in the church sanctuary. Pastor Stirdivant will lead this brief service emphasizing our nation’s need for unity and for God’s Word to be respected and followed at all levels in our society. Since a mixed-denomination service would not be appropriate for a clear, uncompromising statement of our faith, we at Good Shepherd would prefer to join our American brothers and sisters in our own service on this National Day of Prayer, which all in our community are most welcome to attend.
If you have any questions about this prayer service or the National Day of Prayer, please contact Pastor Stirdivant at revhollowleg@gmail.com or (909)790-1863.
